Hello Everyone,

A reminder that tomorrow night Paul Nijjar, long time electoral reform
advocate will speak about the factors that lead to voting reform else
where. Here is an excerpt from the abstract:

"In this talk we will explore some of the factors that lead to voting
system change, and examine some case studies of places that have made the
transition. Along the way we will pull some lessons from these experiences,
and look at the successes and failures of Canadian electoral reform
movements."
