[fvc-wat-announce] Today's Meeting with MP Raj Saini & Next Discussion Night, Jan. 25th

Hello Fair Voting Friends,

Today, FVC-WR met with Raj Saini, MP for Kitchener-Centre.  We talked for
an hour about the principles and characteristics of an electoral system for
Canada.  Raj's is interested in system that is clear for Canadians to
understand & use and results in a government that is effective and stable.
Raj will also work on getting the All Party Committee to come to Waterloo
Region to hear from us on electoral reform.  We appreciated Raj's
willingness to exchange ideas & his open minded approach for all electoral
options.  Thank you Raj!

The last Monday of every month is our monthly discussion night.  Our next
discussion evening is Monday, January 25th at 7pm at the Egg Roll King
Restaurant, 85 Courtland Ave, in Kitchener.  Please join us for information
and an engaging discussion on electoral reform.

Hope to see you on the 25th for excellent Chinese food and a great
discussion on electoral reform.
