Hello FairVoting Friends,

We are extremely fortunate to have an incredible opportunity to hear from
not one but two of Canada's leading experts on electoral reform this
Wednesday.

Jean Pierre Kingsley, the former head of Elections Canada (1990 - 2007)
will speak on Wednesday at Laurier in the afternoon and KPL in the
evening. Both events will be moderated by Dr. Brian Tanguay, (Laurier)
co-author of the 2004, Law Commission Report on electoral reform.

Byron Weber-Becker will open the evening with a 15 minute presentation on
an urban/rural PR model which is a made in Canada solution for electoral
reform

Both talks are free and open to the public.

Bring a friend. Better yet bring a skeptical friend. There won't be a
better opportunity to learn about Canada's electoral system and the need
for change.
