[fvc-wat-announce] Kultrun & Day In The Park Volunteers Needed!

The WR Nonviolence Day In The Park is actually taking place a week later
this year, on Saturday, 21 July 2018.  Still from noon to 5:00pm, so the
shifts would be the same.
