Yes. Anybody who is a monthly donor or has given FVC $25 in the past year
is a member.

OR as below if you're in a special circumstance group.

If you don't know if you're up to date, email me off-list and I'll check.

Those who are 26 or under, un-employed or under-employed, or members of
equity seeking groups are eligible to vote as members in FVC Board
elections with a one-time donation of $5.
