[fvc-wat-disc] Last minute Williams talk planning

	Hi. It's me again.

I apologise in advance for talking your collective ears off.
(Those of you who were on the old discussion list know what I am talking
about.)

I also apologise for repeating topics that I suspect have already
been brought up in the Secret Exec mailing list. I've been pretty out of
the loop over the past few months, though.

The FVC Ontario website has some information about the Ontario
campaign, including fact sheets. See:

http://fairvotecanada.org/fair_vote_ontario_publications_and_materials

Are there already plans to bring some of
these printouts to the event? If not I can see whether I can steal some
WPIRG photocopying to do it.

Do we have FVC membership signups ready for the event?

Who will present first? Prof. Williams or Mr. Vankoughnett?

I will make up a sheet so more victims can subscribe to our
mailing lists. I will also show up (maybe with a few posters) so that we
can make arrows pointing people to the room.

Do we know when the next FVC (publicly-accessible) meeting is? Is
it something we need to mention before or after the talk?

What else needs to be done?

- Paul

P.S. I was thinking about the next activity the chapter might run.
Would it be worthwhile to have a letter-writing party in a couple of
weeks, where we get together and hound our elected representatives about
the 60/60 supermajority thing?
