 	I think we probably have to cover Kitchener-Conestoga as well. 
That probably takes precedence over covering Guelph. We might be able to 
assist Guelph with their organizing, but we can't do it on our own. (At 
this point we don't have the volunteer resources to even cover 
Kitchener-Waterloo effectively! We're barely touching Cambridge at all!)
