 	One quibble: this is *not* the question. It is misleading in that 
it suggests that we actually get to decide the options. How about this?

 	"On October 10, 2007, Ontarians will vote in a referendum 
alongside the provincial election to decide the future of our voting 
system."

 	The rest is good.
