[fvc-wat-disc] Change info meeting in Oct to Oct 2?

We'll be having an election night party (or going to the Toronto one) on the
10th, and I don't think there's anything we can do on the 10th for which
we'd need to plan (is there?) so I'm okay with dropping the meeting on the
9th.
