[fvc-wat-disc] Bad news in New Brunswick

Maybe they did make a release, but only in NB?

Maybe they didn't hear the news? They've been pretty busy with Ontario. It
wouldn't hurt to send this on to someone, although I'm not sure you'll get a
response if you try Larry. He's really extremely busy.
