Hi folks:

As a reminder, this is what we agreed to in May:

Brian:	- will collect past articles from Record
	- will monitor the Waterloo Chronicle

Derek:	- will alert us when content comes up
	- will check into the Woolwich Observer, Elmira Independent,
	- will look at townships: North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot

Shannon will monitor the Cambridge Times

We need:- heads up when things are published; write letters to editor
	- to rotate people for each paper
	- to recruit a group to focus on letters

*NOTE: Record will print once per two months for each person

Is there anything here that needs to be revised?
