[fvc-wat-disc] Labels for booklets

I think making Brian the contact for everything puts too much of a load
on him.  I used Derek's number since it was on the website.  Derek, do
you want to be the volunteer point person?

As for the web address, I can't get either variant to work right now.
Any idea what happened?
