[fvc-wat-disc] Information Wanted

[Paul Nijjar]

 	How would I go about finding the list of people (and their party 
affiliations) who have served as MP/MPP in this riding? I am looking to go 
back as far as I can.

 	I also heard that Jack Layton proposed a proportional 
representation bill recently. Is that the case? If so how could I verify 
this?
