[fvc-wat-disc] Waterloo 150th anniversary celebrations

 	I got in phone contact with the person in charge of the 150th 
celebrations on Sunday. Community tabling does exist but we are not 
invited. It is too late and we do not fit in with the "heritage" theme 
they are setting up.
