 	On the other hand, it is important to point out that FVC is not a 
rich organization, and that it is trying to do some fundraising to win the 
referendum as well. Furthermore, the student/poor people fee of $15 
really is intended to make the event accessible.

 	In my mind it is the transport and accomodation costs that get 
heavy, not so much the conference fees themselves.
