[fvc-wat-disc] IMPORTANT: donations and reimbursements

Hi Paul:

Someone needs to pocket the $32, and write out a cheque to provincial
for the same amount, and mail it in.

Are we talking a tank of gas for each?  If so, please fill up and get
a receipt, and let me know the amount as soon as you can.

If anyone has any other reimbursements outstanding, please speak now,
so I can get the correct amount of money back from provincial (if need
be).

And by all means, if you want to donate more, provincial will be
spending to the bitter end, and will gladly take your money.
