[fvc-wat-disc] More money, more problems

As I mentioned to Angela yesterday, there is about $32 in my donation
jar. How do I get this laundered through provincial? 

Also, I suggest that maybe some of this money go to Angela and Adam
for driving all over Kitchener-Conestoga yesterday. This is not a
trivial amount of gas, especially since we need to retrieve all of
the signs next Wednesday and Thursday.
