I can help out by driving and/or installing on Thursday.  I may not be able
to start until 7:30pm or so, but I think I can get my hands on a big hammer
(or maybe even two).  I'll confirm this evening.

As for purchasing stakes, I could do that tomorrow.  Would Home Depot be the
place to find this sort of thing?
