I tried to read one but I had difficulty following it.  Erb Street between 
Phillipsburg and Waterloo is marked as Regional Road 9, and I saw at least 
two Michael Harris signs that didn't seem to be related to a particular 
property.

I think the 'if all the other candidates have signs, we're probably okay' rule 
for a given location.  We might be able to exhaust our signs just by doing it 
that way.
