[fvc-wat-disc] Cleanup

Hi folks:

The cardinal rule of organizing is not to throw out a contact.

I think we should keep a list for future referenda, etc. around this
issue, and make it very low traffic, so people are unlikely to
complain.  If they do, take them off.

It would be a shame to have to start from square one again.
