Hi folks:
A small report on our exec meeting tonight. Nothing too earth-shattering.
Exec Present: Brian, Angela, Derek, Kevin.
Confirmed donations are as follows:
CUPE Local (Region Employees) have donated $500.
ETFO Local (Primary Teachers) have donated $200.
Still waiting to hear from CAW Local (Health Care Workers) and OSSTF
(High School Teachers).
Cambridge has raised $605 for their activities, but we're not sure how
they want to spend it (though it is to be spent for Cambridge-specific
activities).
Our exec has personally donated $650.92 for 200 lawn signs.
I have made an in-kind donation of the Farmer's Market space,
totalling $218 for the campaign period.
Campaign Period expenses are as follows:
200 buttons at 50 cents each = $100
1000 coloured flyers for rally (<10 cents) < $100
Reserving money to rent sound system at rally = $200
Farmer's Market table rental = $218
Lawn Signs = $650.92
This leaves about $300 + any unconfirmed donations to spend on other
projects, or reimburse local people for some out-of-pocket expenses.
So please let us know what else you think we need for a successful
campaign, and we'll look into whether we can make it happen.
