Oops. I forgot a couple of things: 

- Several of our panelists are making some difficult treks to be at
the Sept 19 Waterloo thing. I was thinking of maybe getting them
dinner (since there is something like a 1 hour gap between the WLU
event and the UW one). 

- I have been spending money on photocopies, display boards and such,
but I have been keeping receipts. I guess these need to be declared?
Or as an individual may I spend up to $500 of my own money?
