There is no problem staffing the Info Booth on 6 and 7 October.
The blackout period is only on polling day and the day before (9 and 10 October).
We can actively promote MMP until then.
In addition, there are exceptions for "genuine news", existing materials that have
been posted prior to 8 October, and any advertising for public meetings, advertising
for volunteers, and "any other matter respecting administrative functions".
