[fvc-wat-disc] NoMMP flyers

For those who missed it, they superimposed Latin-looking gobbledygook
where the MMP option was supposed to be on the ballot on the flyer.

Probably because saying it was recommended by the Citizen's Assembly
is something they consider biased in favour of MMP, much like any
other factual statement about it. :)
