[fvc-wat-disc] Pamphlets

There are plenty of the FVC pamphlets at the literature drop-off/pickup
point.  There are also approximately 200 OCA pamphlets as of last night,
plus and lawn signs.  The place to go is 57 Laurel Street, near uptown
