[fvc-wat-disc] State of democracy in Kitchener (not good)

This makes me angry. How dare council keep you from a public meeting. 
Perhaps a whole group of us should show up wearing buttons or shirts or 
whatever to let them know we support MMP. Whatever happened to freedom of 
speech. This can't go unanswered.
