[fvc-wat-disc] Translation help?

Thank you, Brian! Of all the people to reply to this.... (Everyone - Brian
is doing a lot for the cause of PR lately - we're having a joint event with
the Social Planning Council and Transition KW on Feb 20 connecting income
inequality, environment and electoral reform - details to come in the next
few weeks - and he is one of the speakers).

I may send you some occasional proofreading of translation into French done
by other volunteers - two sets of eyes are always better than one!
