months to realize PR in 2019,  you are welcome to attend a national
telephone call on Sunday night.  The details for registering and the agenda

*The time that worked for the most people was Sunday May 29, 7 PM EDT* (Ontario
time).

As you know we usually use calliflower conference calling but this time
we're going to use our new program GotoWebinar. *You need to register at
the link below and then the program will send you a link to log in for the

Teams Discussion Items

-  Teams/volunteers will each be invited to share what they have been doing
since the fall what they plan to do, what's worked etc.
-  How to organize your own event and/or collaborate with your MP on the
town hall (depending on what your MP is doing and whether they are willing
to collaborate)
- What FVC resources are available for events and tables (literature,
social media, presentations, videos etc)

*Technical note:*

I ask everybody to bear with me through the gotowebinar learning curve,
because while I know how to give a webinar where people are just listening
in and using the chat box, using gotowebinar to have an interactive meeting
is new for me. I will practice to try to make it as painless as possible
:).

So you'll be able to see me, Gary and Kelly on webcams, we'll all be able
to see a list of who's on the call, and then I can unmute up to 25 people
at a time when we get to item 5 so we can all talk!

If you have a webcam and want people to be able to see you when you talk
there is a function where I can request that you share your webcam.
However, for the general flow of conversation this first time I think we
will mainly do audio. However, *if you are a team leader and want people to
be able to see you while you report what your team has been up to, let me
know that you'll have a webcam ready to go!*
