[fvc-wat-disc] Do you have 3 minutes for a more democratic Canada?

We are all so tired of this. Our friends and family are likely tired
of us talking about it. But I think that in addition to raising a
stink ourselves we need to get people who are "not the usuals"
contacting their MPs and signing these petitions. 

I agree that many people are unaware of the electoral reform issue.
But many many people will remember the agony of strategic voting in
the 2015 (and 2011!) election. If we drive home that motivation then
maybe some of our friends and family will be motivated to contact
their MPs. 

I do not know how well the "three major parties all campaigned on
electoral reform" talking point works, but that is another approach to
try.
