[fvc-wat-disc] Tell Your MP To Vote For Electoral Reform On May 31st

We will just remind each other and promote this a lot. I wish we had
something like "I pledge to call" then we'd know we had enough people.
Actually, a simple thing we could do for that is ask people to sign up. If
those two days got filled up, we could add days :).
