[fvc-wat-disc] Great letter by Dave Arthur

Great letter, Donald.  In conjunction with today's letter to the editor in
support of the May 31st vote, it would be very powerful to have two letters
(and perhaps more!) encouraging local Liberal MPs to vote in support of the
Concurrence Motion.

One suggestion for clarification for readers who aren't familiar with the
issue or current vote.& that is to add: local, ensure equitable
representation for all Canadians by ending FPTP, and vote in support of the
motion to adopt the ERRE committee recommendation. The sentence would read,
" I hope that all our local MPs will take advantage of the chance to vote
their conscience, ensure equitable representation for all Canadians by
ending FPTP and vote in support of the motion to adopt the ERRE committee's
recommendations"
