Thank you.  I'm sorry I wasn't there.

The spreadsheet made me check on the Gallagher Index.  I am amazed that 
Minister Monsef made such a fuss about this in the House of Commons 
(I've always wondered about that bit of theatre).  Now I see that it is 
a perfectly simple and sensible formula. The government should have been 
ashamed - a real misleading of Canadians.
