[fvc-wat-disc] FV table at upcoming festivals

Thanks, Myron!!  Stamped as Fair Vote Canada--we are all us!

Also, if we have already paid for our spots if not tables, I need to know
relatively right this minute as we are registering tomorrow and have 5 days
after that before our first reporting, if we are over $500.  As we may be
over already (have to hear who gave out what yesterday and today) and
tabling fees are part of it, I need to not only know about it, but
reimburse you from "the" Federal Election account.
