[fvc-wat-disc] update

Hello Cathy,

Thank you for the update, invitation to the webinar on Sept. 16th & the
suggestion that we should cancel our August meeting.  I am in total
agreement that our Aug. meeting should be cancelled and encourage people to
attend the Sept. 16th meeting.  Hope that others agree as well.
