[fvc-wat-disc] T-Shirts

For those of you not avidly glued to the FVC Chapters List, we have
T-Shirts now.

They are being sold at cost, and the cheapest option is $18.61 plus
shipping and there are lovely higher-priced items as well.

Anyway, Paul Baker suggested a bulked up order from Redbubble for Waterloo
Region--to save on shipping costs.  According to my non-scientific test,
for one item it is $5.80 and for three it is $8.04 and for ten it is $15.85
so we could save quite a bit depending.
