[fvc-wat-disc] Discussion Group meeting next Wed.

Hi, Mary
The meeting starts at 7:00, but I wanted to open it a little early to be
there when people start to sign on.  The Zoom meeting template only allows
start/finish times at half-hour intervals, so I put the start time as 6:30,
and that time is what appears in the Zoom invitation.
