Here are my suggestions:
1) African Carribean Black Network of Waterloo Region
2) ReallocateWR

I don't have contacts in either of the groups. I am suggesting these two groups because:
- The groups are already engaged in political activism (they will not reject us due to the ickiness of politics)
- They seem active (judging on volume of tweets)
- Their membership likely does not overlap with our membership
