Hey Fair Vote friends in KW. Getting chapters together to chat about what
we want to do locally for the federal election. Everyone who wants to is
invited to join. Right now I'm just doing a doodle poll for the most
popular date/time.

It seems like most people are expecting a fall election, but there's still
speculation about a spring election.

So we need to be prepared just in case!





*It's time to have a chapters/volunteers call to brainstorm and plan
together what we can do this election on the local level to promote
PR. Here's the doodle poll:*

SURVEY

You probably saw I put out a survey to the list. One of the reasons for
that was to find people who might like to help locally before the election.
(And on an ongoing basis, but elections give new people something clear to
do and a feeling of something at stake - right before and right after
elections are when people are most motivated).

If somebody ticked the box on the survey that they're interested in helping
locally I'm going to invite them to the meeting!

AND of course if they are in your team area I will also send them to you on
email to connect personally and get involved with whatever is going on.

Feel free to invite anyone who is interested from your area to join the
meeting. It's not a "one rep from each area" thing. The larger the group,
the more energy there is and different ideas.

Do not feel that if you (or your chapter) hasn't been doing anything and/or
you have limited time you shouldn't attend. *We need everybody! *Everything
you can do at election time, big or small, helps.

I'll let you know when we have a date so you can share :)
