Wishing to ensure that everyone is aware of this proposed meeting to plan our approach to AV in the upcoming election, as well as two opportunities to support our work.  When you look at the times in the doodle poll, please be aware that you this is Vancouver time, so there we are 3 hours ahead.

Hello, everyone! 
We now have a firm timeline for the No Alternative Vote campaign, so it's time to have a prep meeting!

Please invite anyone in your chapter who wants to be part of this campaign. 

Don't think of it like "sending somebody from my chapter/group". Think of it like: We have only a short time for this campaign and we need everybody who wants to help to show up so we have a strong campaign team right now! 
In the meeting I'll run through our plan and discuss:

1) main messages2) what stuff will come out when, and 3) what we want the team to do/share at each stage. 
We need to form two core social media teams: Sign up!

We need two core social media teams to help for four weeks (late February through March).
FACEBOOK TEAM: We will need people to respond to the comments on our ads in a constructive way. We will also be there as the official FVC account, but we need a community of folks not obviously identified with FVC to help. I'll give you example messages to respond with. 
TWITTER TEAM: We will have lots of stuff (memes/videos) to share on twitter organically and we need a team to help get it out and respond to things that come up.
