[fvc-wat-announce] Tomorrow's Dem. Week Organizing Committee Meeting

Good Afternoon All Fair Voting Friends!

A kindly reminder that tomorrow night the Democracy Week Planning Committee
is meeting a 7pm at Misty Mountain Coffee Cafe, 33 Queen Street in
Kitchener.  It would be great to see you there!

And, it's interesting note that there have been some developments in the
past couple of days coming from the Liberals that might indicate a shift on
their electoral reform policy. Stephane Dion had a article in the National
Post on Canada's need for new voting system in which he proposes something
similar to a STV electoral system and Adil Sayeed co-authored an article in
iPolitics (you can find in online) entitled "Canadian democracy is
dysfunctional and things are only going to get worse".  Both articles
appeared on Monday.

Also, Anita will be at the meeting with interesting news from FVC, so
please join us.  Things are happening!
