Hello Everyone,

Wayne Smith, Fair Vote Canada's executive director has a short & good
article in today's Hill Times ( a paper for political junkies).  It's worth
the read especially if you want a quick why we need PR pep talk.  I
submitted a comment in support of the article & PR, more would be   very
helpful given the positive spin that preferential ballot has been recently
