[fvc-wat-announce] Let's help the government keeps its electoral reform promise

Dear FairVoting Friends,

The government survey, https://www.mydemocracy.ca/ has been up and running
since Monday and so far 150,000 Canadians have taken the survey.

FairVoters need to make as big an impact as possible so to make this survey
an opportunity for PR, FVC has prepared this guide to negotiate the murky
waters:

*The guide identifies which questions are about PR and helps you answer in
support of PR.  Can you encourage other PR supporters to use the guide and
answer the survey?  This is the last official consultation before the
decision on electoral reform goes to Cabinet.  Let's make sure the
government keeps its promise about electoral reform! *
