[fvc-wat-disc] Multicultural Festival -- we're in!

Hi folks:

For those who were concerned about whether we were getting into the
festival,
I received the package today, so we're officially in!

We can discuss logistics at the next meeting.

A parking pass was included.  This is probably not useful for me.  Should we
auction it off as a fundraiser? :)
