Wilf Day's group has a bunch of surplus OCA pamphlets. Do we want some?
Would we be able to pick them up? Would we be able to distribute them?

I'll create a list of these responses and send it out to you all, so you can
contact riding captains near your riding who have surplus stock, arrange to
pick it up, and distribute it in your riding over the week-end.



That way, *we'll increase our chances of t**hank**sgiving on October 11!*

Our riding has the following on hand:



6,300 Citizens' Assembly summary brochures (the ones now out of stock). We
plan to distribute at least 1,500 of these, maybe 2,500, by Saturday night.
But if anyone wants some, we have about 3,800 to spare. (We ordered 19,000
back in June when they were available, so they've been put to good use.)



900 Vote For MMP dark blue "Make Democracy Better" leaflets. I doubt we'll
hand out more than 100 in the next few days, so we have 800 surplus
available. (This happened because someone shipped us our order twice.)



125 yellow balloons "Vote For MMP.ca" (Similarly we got two boxes of
balloons. We got a helium tank for $80 and handed out a bunch at the malls
already.)



We also have 1,400 old dark blue "Vote Yes" leaflets (which were out of date
soon after being shipped.)



Anyone want any of these? Phone me to discuss how to get them.

Hey all,

I have just been informed, that stashed in a room that I didn't know about,
we have 36,000 blue brochures left that urgently need to be distributed.  If
you reply to this by 4pm today (Wednesday) I can Canada Post some to you,
but after that shipping becomes too expensive for us to get them to you in
time, so you'll have to come pick them up if you need any.

Please come and get them so you're able to do flyering all the way up to
election day!
