[fvc-wat-disc] Encouragement for canvassers and would-be canvassers

Thats great Ari,

I completely agree that its small things like wearing my button that are
opening up to random conversations with people I pass. That being said I've
been late for most things I have scheduled this week because I have a
tendency to stop and talk about it.
