Ahhh.  My apologies, Dave, for thinking you sided with the opponents there.

For sure, that is exactly what we are up against.  Hopefully, someone can
make my fairly long justification of 'decided voters' into something much
more concise which can be immediately given when someone suggests undecided
means no.
