[fvc-wat-disc] Electoral Reform At The Multicultural Festival

Hi Sharon,
Do you know that only 30 % of the population votes at municipal elections .
My calculator says 85% of the population are not represented at City Hall.

 have heard from a second hand source that the City of Cambridge and the
City of London (THAT is Ontario, Canada) may be introducing some form of
electoral reform,  but NOT our City of Kitchener. I have not heard anything
about the Region of Waterloo.

Ontario Municipal Elections. Elections for municipal government are held
every four years on the fourth Monday of October. The next municipal
election will be held Monday, *October 22, 2018*. The last municipal
election was held on *October 27, 201*
