[fvc-wat-disc] Last chance to help with selfies

OK here's a recent one ...

Anita, when we refer to the 'Broken Promise', we should be careful NOT to
imply that Trudeau promised PR ... he promised he would change the voting
system, but everybody and his dog knew he wanted ranked ballot which would
have given him about 220 seats instead of 184 if RB were used in the last
election ... we're lucky he broke his promise and didn't do that. Probably
the overwhelming preference for PR indicated by the presentations prevented
him from imposing ranked ballot, so all was not in vain.
