Hi everyone.

I've started an agenda.

As you can see, in this early stage what I'm doing is basically starting
with taking stock of what we have for resources now for the local campaign.
That will help us see where the gaps are and get us all thinking how can we
fill a few of them in the coming year. Then we can brainstorm more ideas!
