[fvc-wat-disc] Need a volunteer to chat with Kelly Steiss

Hey everyone! One of our supporters had a chat with Kit Centre Lib
candidate Kelly Steiss, who doesn't know much about PR but is open to a
conversation!

This is a good chance to talk to her about our concerns with the
winner-take-all ranked ballot and see if we can get her on board with a CA.
Is there someone who could reach out to her from the riding and set up a
visit? (strike while the iron is hot)
